Fixed fees for uncontested divorces
We offer a fixed fee package of £250 including VAT for an uncontested divorce.
We also offer a further fixed fee of £150 inclusive of VAT to draft a Clean Break Consent Order in agreed terms.
Your case will be handled throughout by a partner with more than 20 years experience in family law. Please note that Court fees will be in addition to the above costs.
